Stephanie was amazing! She helped us plan the most magical trip for our family to Disney World. Neither my husband or I had to been to Disney since we were kids and things have changed a lot! Stephanie was like our personal Disney guru. When it felt like the options were endless she very easily broke things down and made it simple to navigate. From finding the perfect hotel (she gave us her top picks in a variety of budgets) to guiding our character meals and fast pass selections, we couldn’t have planned this trip without her help. She knows the ins and outs and all the tips and tricks to make your Disney getaway the perfect vacation! We cannot thank her enough.
Stephanie Rose Jones played an integral and creative role in every step of planning our Wedding in the United Kingdom. Stephanie helped not only with the wedding planning, but also with travel arrangements for overseas guests. She served as a knowledgeable international travel consultant by providing my U.S. based family and bridal party with all information with respect to passports and international travel requirements. Stephanie also went above and beyond to provide a detailed wedding week itinerary for overseas guests that included sightseeing, group meals and pre-wedding prep schedule. Stephanie assisted with finding the venue in the United Kingdom and she created manageable timelines for every aspect of the planning process. She additionally helped me coordinate meetings with overseas vendors whilst I was in the United States. Stephanie was flawless in assisting my husband and I with incorporating our multi-cultural traditions into our big day. I can't emphasize enough how helpful and sharp Stephanie was throughout the entire planning process!
Stephanie worked diligently from the moment we hired her as our event planner to be certain that every last detail of our series of events went perfectly, and we credit her for the tremendous success of our wedding weekend. Our wedding included a very large bridal party to coordinate and rehearse, including 9 bridesmaids, 8 groomsmen, and a flower girl. Her ability to meld with multiple ages and personalities made her talents shine. This smooth rehearsal and rehearsal dinner made way for a perfect ceremony the following day, followed by a well-timed and appropriately organized reception for 130 guests. Mrs. Jones worked closely with all of our vendors in the months leading up to the wedding to ensure that everyone was prepared, and she proved her skills to be strong the day of our main event. Thanks to Mrs. Jones, we were able to provide our guests, as well as ourselves, with a spectacular and memorable event. We are truly grateful for her skills and knowledge, and would highly recommend her for any large event.
From the very beginning Stephanie was attentive, capable, a great listener, and made me feel at ease. There wasn't anything too big or too small that she could not handle. Stephanie effectively communicated with all the staff at Vecoma At The Yellow River and other vendors, and asked questions we may not have thought to ask. There were no questions on our big day, further eliminating some of the stress that comes with any wedding. After we said "I do", James and I were walking back up to the reception area, and I noticed I had a tear in my wedding dress! I didn't have a moment to worry about it before Stephanie whisked me away to a hidden room and fixed my dress with a needle and thread that she brought with her in case of an emergency. No one ever knew about the tear and I continued to be the happy bride throughout the night. She was on top of things to say the least!
Stephanie Rose Jones produced the “Walls of Fire” presentation at CSA Conference, held at the Orange County Convention Center. CSA Conference was a convention which hosted 8000 people. “Walls of Fire” was the Teen Ministry opening event, which was attended by 2000 teenagers from five states. Stephanie produced and coordinated this four hour opening event, which featured 15 dancers, 10 steppers, 6 actors, a flag corps, 4 singers, and 8 speakers. She was responsible for supervising a staff of 15 in planning this show, in addition to overseeing the lighting, stage and sound crews. She created a timing schedule for the entire event, and coordinated all aspects of the performance. Stephanie was chosen to oversee these events because of her exceptional ability to plan an event from inception to completion. In doing so she worked with a diverse group of people with different ideas, creatively compiling them into programs that met everyone’s needs. She brought out the best in the staff and worked well under pressure, and in the face of problems she was solution-oriented and resilient. I would recommend Stephanie, without reservations, as an event planner. Her abilities, as described above, combined with her professional attitude and warm personality, demonstrate that she is a woman who can be trusted to do a great job.
Stephanie’s greatest assets include unsurpassed organizational skills, great attention to detail, and an eye for what is beautiful. In addition, she is extremely personable and has a knack for interacting with all types of people. My husband and I were amazed at how much was accomplished even during the first session that we sat down with her. Then she helped us to think through what needed to be done and created a timeline for accomplishing each task. She communicated with each member of the wedding party, educating them regarding traditional responsibilities that they held, and providing all pertinent information about where to be when. I truly had no worries, and I would recommend her services without any reservations.
Stephanie was phenomenal! The way she managed to huddle with our bridal party from all corners of the U.S. was unbelievable, and something we hadn’t figured out how to do. ‘Seamless and carefree’ are the words I used to describe the way I wanted the rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception to be. I didn’t want to be bothered with the details on those two days, and you made my wish come true. Her personality and professionalism was such and asset while coordinating with the team at Lake Nona Country Club. I will be forever thankful for the wonderful work she did for us.
Our wedding was held on Anna Maria Island in Sarasota. Beach weddings in Florida are tough! Nicci had no doubt the Stephanie could handle the job. She often traveled with us to Anna Maria Island, as we planned our wedding. She continually communicated with Nicci and I concerning the progress and details of the wedding. The day of the wedding was fantastic! Nicci and I did not have to worry about a single detail. Stephanie took care of all the vendor issues, along with set up and clean up. My wife and I enjoyed our ceremony on the beach without any wedding stress.
